John M. Becker

John was born in Bristol, Pennsylvania in 1964.  He is a graduate of Glassboro State College (B.A. cum laude, 1987) and Rutgers University Law School (J.D., 1990).  He is a member of the Camden County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations.  John has 25 years experience representing architects, engineers, land surveyors, contractors and related construction professionals.  He is a frequent lecturer on AIA contracts and design professional liability.  Bar admissions: 1990, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and  U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.


Kevin M. Bothwell

Kevin was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1964.  He is a graduate of Temple University (B.S. Architecture, 1987) and Rutgers University Law School (J.D., 1993).  He served as Law Clerk to The Hon. Jan M. Schlesinger in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law and Chancery Divisions, during the 1992-1993 term.  He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Burlington County, Camden County, and New Jersey State Bar Associations.  He is a member of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.  He is also a member of the Jefferson Society, which limits membership to persons trained in the law and in architecture.  Bar admissions: 1993, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; 1994, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; 1996, U.S. Supreme Court.


John H. King

John was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 1959.  He is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology (B.S. Mechanical Engineering, 1984) and Rutgers University Law School (J.D., 1995).  He served as Law Clerk to The Hon. Dennis J. Braithwaite in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, during the 1995-1996 term.  He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, as well as the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.  Bar admissions: 1995, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.


Joseph T. Ciampoli

Joe was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1968.  He is a graduate of Villanova University (B.S. Civil Engineering, 1991), Fordham University (J.D., 1999), and Pennsylvania State University (M.S. Environmental Engineering, 2000).  He is a member of the Burlington, Camden, and New Jersey State Bar Associations.  Bar Admissions: 1999, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.


Frederick T. Mahar

Fred was born in Lansing, Michigan in 1984.  He is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering, 2006) and Rutgers University Law School (J.D., 2013).  During law school Fred was the Business and Marketing Editor of the Law Journal.  In 2011 he was licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.  He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Bar Association.  Bar admissions: 2013, New Jersey; 2014, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
